   SELF CARE: TIPS       First of all i will like to define mental health for people who don't know much about it.       Mental health refers to cognitive, behavioural, and emotional well being. Its all about how people think, feel, and behave.               Currently, the world is changing or has changed and has slowed down, it has also changed the lifestyle of a lot of people, people who usually aren't used to being cooped up in their homes, people who aren't used to spending time with their family and people going through trauma, whether it be psychological or physical.   There is also a lot of social anxiety going on and people are becoming unhappy, angry , frustrated and simply just acting out, that is why i have decided to create this post today to uplift people going through similar stress in order for them to move forward and focus immensely on their well-being.     Tips: Hope you find...
